Traffic, weather or when there is more business than what they anticipated may delay their vans driving to and from the airport. They do their best to make sure their service runs as seamless as possible, but New York City has many external factors that may affect this. If your van is running behind, call them at 212-812-9000 and they will try to get you an update.
GO Airlink NYC understand travel plans may change, so they offer a simple cancellation policy. Cancellations received up to 4 hours before your scheduled pick-up time are fully refundable. GO Airlink NYC is unable to refund the payment if cancelled with less than four hours' notice prior to pick up time or in the event of a no-show.
If your flight has changed or cancel, please call their team as soon as possible to notify their customer service representatives who can then note the change in your reservation and alert their logistics team. The customer service representative is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
GO Airlink NYC policy regarding the accommodation of animals on their vehicles is designed to ensure adequate space for the kennel, your luggage, and baggage of other passengers in our vans. All animals excluding service animals must be kenneled (or in a lap carrier) to board the vehicle. The restrictions do not affect service animals, which rides for free with advance notice.
