Each week you cook with them, they’ll send your tracking information via email once your package has shipped. This number will let you follow your box from its departure until it arrives at your door via one of their trusted shipping partners. You can also view your tracking information in the Order History section of your Green Chef account.

Your box will arrive between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. local time on your scheduled delivery day. Boxes are delivered Monday through Saturday. You can choose which weekday you want your boxes delivered, depending on where you live. If you choose to have your package delivered to a commercial address, your delivery driver will make an effort to deliver the package before 5:00 p.m. local time.

They encourage their customers to try different meal plans from week to week. To choose a new meal plan or edit your preferences, simply log into your account and click Edit Subscription. Be sure to make any changes before your weekly deadline, 7 days prior to delivery at 11:59 p.m. ET. You can change your subscription overall by going to Your Plan and selecting Edit Subscription.
