You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need an RA (Return Authorization Number). Please contact them prior to returning anything to obtain this number. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once they receive your item, they will inspect it and notify you that they have received your returned item. HydroBlu will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, they will initiate a refund to your credit card.

Yes, you can backflush the Versa Flow, Sidekick (remove the activated carbon disk first), and the Ultrafiltration Hollow Fiber filter in the Jerry Can. HydroBlu recommend that you occasionally do this to increase the life of the filter. The Clear Flow filter cannot be backflushed.
