Inspiring Vacations runs two main savings options: a 3% off promo code and the Winner's Week sale offering up to 40% off sitewide. Which one saves you more depends on which tours you are looking at and whether they fall into the sale window. The code applies to most bookings but cannot be combined with other promotions, while the sale is limited time only and subject to availability.
On tours covered by both offers. If a tour is eligible for the Winner's Week sale and falls within the 40% discount tier, that sale price will beat the 3% code substantially. Take a $5,000 tour marked down 40% under Winner's Week; you pay $3,000, a saving of $2,000 compared to the $4,850 you would pay with the 3% code. Since Inspiring Vacations states that the code cannot be combined with any other promotions, you must choose one or the other, not both. Check the tour's sale price first: if it shows a discount under Winner's Week, use that price as your booking total rather than applying the code.
On tours excluded from the sale. Some tours sit outside the Winner's Week promotion, which means they do not benefit from the up to 40% markdown. On these bookings, the 3% off code is your only redemption path with Inspiring Vacations. A $4,000 tour would cost $3,880 using the promo code, saving you $120. This applies to all excluded tours regardless of their price.
Tours marked "up to 40% off" rather than at a fixed rate. The sale description states "up to 40%", meaning different tours may qualify for different percentage reductions. Work out the sale price shown on the tour's page, then compare it to the code discount. If the winner's Week price is lower after Inspiring Vacations applies their markdown, book at the sale price. If the tour's discount under Winner's Week turns out to be smaller (say, 15% instead of 40%), calculate what you would pay with the 3% code and choose the offer that leaves the smaller final total.
For first time customers. Inspiring Vacations runs a newsletter signup offering access to special offers and promotions beyond those listed here. If you are new to the brand and have not yet booked, signing up may give you early visibility of future deals that could beat both the current code and the sale, but this depends on offers not yet advertised. The current code and sale remain your immediate options at checkout.
Remember that Inspiring Vacations allows only one discount code per booking, so you cannot apply both offers to the same tour. Tour the site, identify your chosen trip, note whether it carries a Winner's Week discount tag, and pick whichever option leaves you paying less.

You will be required to access your account to view updates in relation to your booking, and all communications will be sent to you via email.
Yes, you can. If you would prefer to use a travel agent to book their tours, you are welcome to do so.
Your travel agent will be the primary point of contact with their company and therefore all communication will be sent to your travel agent.

Their customers do not require a valid passport at the time of booking. When you submit your Traveller Booking Form you will be able to exclude your passport information. The personal details provided should match your passport. Should these details not match your passport additional costs may apply to update your booking or can impact your travel.
