Yes, you are welcome to call and make a booking over the phone although they encourage you to familiarise yourself with their user-friendly, award-winning website. You will be required to access your account to view updates in relation to your booking, and all communications will be sent to you via email.
Yes, you can. If you would prefer to use a travel agent to book their tours, you are welcome to do so.
Your travel agent will be the primary point of contact with their company and therefore all communication will be sent to your travel agent.

If you are using Internet Explorer, try making the booking through Google Chrome. If you continue to have difficulties, please contact their team and they will be happy to assist you over the phone or via email.
Their customers do not require a valid passport at the time of booking. When you submit your Traveller Booking Form you will be able to exclude your passport information. The personal details provided should match your passport. Should these details not match your passport additional costs may apply to update your booking or can impact your travel.
