After it hits their warehouse, it takes about 5-7 business days for their family-owned, third party warehouse to process your return. After your return is inspected, processed, and re-bagged, it takes another day for the exchanged items to ship out.
What is your return policy?
For items that are in a clean, unworn condition with the original hangtags intact, a full refund may be issued within 30 days of purchase. Janji credit of equal value may be issued for all returns within 60 days of purchase. Please include the original packing slip when shipping back to them and you will make their distribution partner so stoked if the items are folded.
