What is your return policy?
- Request a return for US orders
If you would like to request a return, please email contact@jeffwan.com with your order number in the subject line. Once your request is received, a return authorization and domestic shipping label will be emailed to you within 72 hours with return instructions. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed.
- Request a return for international orders (Outside US)
If you would like to request a return for an order shipped outside the US, please email contact@jeffwan.com with your order number in the subject line. Please be aware that original shipping costs and duties and taxes are non–refundable, and a $25 fee will be applied for any international order return. When you have completed the form, you will be emailed a prepaid return label for you to affix to your parcel to send back. All items must be returned in original condition, not used, and with the original packaging.
What is your refund policy?
Jeff Wan will accept U.S returns for refund in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned leathergoods must also include the original box and dust bag. Handbags with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. If your order was placed within the US, all taxes will be refunded. For orders placed outside the US, shipping costs, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Jeff Wan.
