Simply wash your knife using warm water and dish soap. Dry immediately after washing.
Katto uses stainless steel for all their blades, which should not rust.
However, from time to time, small areas of oxidization can occur on the black part of our knives.
Simply remove this with a dry cloth and apply a small quantity of olive oil to the blade with kitchen paper.
This will seal the blade and prevent it from happening again.

You can return all non-faulty orders for a full refund up to 100 days after ordering.
