KITRI accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club, Maestro, Klarna, and PayPal.
KITRI ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.
As soon as KITRI dispatches your order, you will receive an email with a parcel number. Royal Mail or DPD will also send you a dispatch notification via SMS. If you still havenβt received one, please email KITRI at help@kitristudio.com (Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm GMT, excluding bank holidays) quoting your order reference number which can be found on your order confirmation email.
UK - KITRI offers easy returns for UK orders within 28 days of purchase. Please note that for all orders placed on or after Tuesday 12th September 2023, a Β£3 returns charge will be applied. Once your return has been received and processed, the returns charge will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. You will be refunded via your original payment method minus the cost of the return.
For all orders placed before Tuesday 12th September 2023, returns will be free of charge.
USA, Europe, and Australia β KITRI offer easy and subsidised returns. They do not offer exchanges on international orders.
Rest of the World β for customers outside of the above regions, returns will be at the customersβ expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be received within 28 days of purchase, be unworn, be in the same condition you received them, have their original tags attached and be in their original packaging.
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed

Because KITRI processes orders so quickly, they can only amend or cancel your order within one hour of it being placed. However, if you need to amend or cancel your order after this time, they will do everything they can to help you.
