Kor strive to maintain a deep inventory of all products they carry. Occasionally, an item may run short and take 3-4 weeks to replenish. If this happens to you, simply click on the “Notify me when available” and provide your email and they'll message you when the item is back in stock.
Absolutely! If your order hasn't shipped, they can change or cancel your order. Just call Kor team at 877-708-7567 (M-F 9 AM - 5 PM PST) or email them at customercare@korwater.com.
If your order is already on its delivery route, you can cancel it, but you must pay for the shipping cost. The remainder of your balance will be credited back to your credit card. If you want to cancel your order and you have already received it, you must pay for the shipping cost to send it back to their warehouse. Once received, they will refund your total purchase minus shipping cost.
It's quick and easy with their one-page checkout. Just browse the products in the Kor shop and click the "Add to Cart" button after placing your choices for colour, size, quantity, etc. When you're ready to order, click "Checkout" on the top right of the page. You may then review your items, input your details, and submit your purchase.

Kor runs a 10% off code alongside two separate sales on selected items and a newsletter signup. The code gives an immediate 10% discount on your order and is the easiest option if you want a saving today without waiting for a sale.
On a small order under $100, the 10% off code is your best bet. Applied to a $50 purchase, for example, you save $5 and pay $45. The Black Friday and outlet sales might not cover your items, but the code works on your whole order.
On a larger order of $100 or more, compare the code against the Black Friday sale and the outlet sale. Both can reach up to 50% off on selected items, which will beat the 10% code if your basket is filled with sale products. On a $200 order made up entirely of Black Friday sale items at 50% off, you would pay $100 instead of $200. The same $200 order with the 10% code costs $180. However, the sales apply only to selected products, and many items may not be included. The 10% code applies to your whole order, so if your cart mixes sale and full price items, work out which gives you the lower final total. If you are buying purely from the outlet sale section, the outlet discount will apply to those items whether or not you use the code; the terms do not say the code stacks on top of a sale price.
