Kremp Florist local delivery services do an excellent job of getting each and every gift delivered in a timely manner. If you selected one of their Kremp Florist Direct bouquets, they arrive as wrapped bouquets via FedEx.
If the product is shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS, they can only refund shipping charges if the delivery arrives later than the guaranteed arrival date/time or if the product is damaged. Please note- UPS Ground, USPS and FedEx Ground do not guarantee specific arrival dates. Therefore they cannot refund shipping charges on those services if the package arrives early or late.
