Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Lahome:
Lahome accepts PayPal.
Lahome ships within countries provided during checkout.
Once they have processed your order and shipped the package, they will notify you by email with the tracking number for your order.
Note: If you have any questions regarding the shipping status of your order, please email service@lahomedecor.com.
They usually ship within 1-3 business days. Package shipping time in the US is usually 7-12 business days.
Similar to regular orders, Once your pre-order or backorder item ships, you will receive an email from them with your item tracking number.
You can request to cancel your order before they ship it from their warehouse. To cancel your order, please send them a cancellation request, the reason for cancellation and your order number by emailing service@lahomedecor.com.
They accept returns on products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after receipt.
Please email service@lahomedecor.com with your order number and return request to make sure your purchase is eligible for a return. After approval, they’ll send you the return address. Please kindly provide them with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available.
Note: If the product is returned for non-quality problems, the return delivery fee will need to be paid by the customer.
You can contact them to replace the product before the package is dispatched. However, due to the timeline for processing exchanges and the limited nature of most of their inventory, they usually don't offer exchanges.
If you are not satisfied with the product they have sent you, then you can easily return it to them.
