They do their best to accurately estimate when items will ship from their facilities and when they will be delivered to their destination. Estimated shipping time frames and shipping days are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly they can package the items for shipment and the selected shipping method.

Products purchased from Linksys may be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment (30 days for refurbished Linksys products). These products must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Products missing the serial number or UPC cannot be returned for a refund. To return a product, please complete the Return for Refund process.

Refunds will be credited to you via your original method of payment in the amount of your original purchase price for the returned product, less any shipping and handling charges. Refunds are usually reflected on your card account within four weeks of Linksys' receipt of your product return; or, for software downloads, after they' receipt of your refund request.
