If you have returned an item and have not received your refund or exchange item, please contact them toll-free at 888.568.3775 or via email at customerservice@loverslane.com. In your inquiry, include the order number, the item(s) returned, tracking information for the returned item, whether it was a refund or exchange, and for exchanges, include the new item requested.
Once the return/exchange shipment is received at their fulfillment center, most refunds/exchanges will be processed within one week.
