If shipping to cold weather areas (temperature below 40°F) they strongly suggest adding a heat pack to your purchase, to ensure that the plants don’t freeze in transit. Shipping is at your own risk.
When your garden arrives, carefully open the box as soon as you can. The plants might need a slight brush-off, as soil may shift in transit. Using the water dropper (included in the garden), water your plants upon receiving them. For comprehensive care instructions, please refer to their Care Guide.
Your order is packed with care to ensure it arrives as intended. As many of their packages are sent as gifts, they do not include pricing in any of their orders. Each order includes the selected garden(s) which will arrive with a water dropper and a packing slip that includes a personalized gift note (optional).
