Their policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, they canโt offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with the original tags still attached. If the item or the packaging is damaged, the refund or exchange won't proceed. Some items are exempt from being returned. Intimates, underclothing and sale items cannot be refunded. All returns must be authorized. Email info@millenniumshoes.com with your order number before shipping out your return. If approved, you will get a form that has to be filled out and sent along with the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
