Yes, Shipping option is available internationally.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after your order is submitted. Orders with priority shipping will be processed on the same day if received by 1 pm MST (excludes weekends and holidays).

International Shipping Rates are charged based on their rates with their shipping providers and are calculated at check out. Please visit their delivery page for domestic shipping rates.

To start a return, please contact them at hello@mymindseye.com. If your return is accepted, they will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to them without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Some returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. You can always contact them for any return question at hello@mymindseye.com.

My Mind's Eye will notify you once they have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
