After you place your mattress order, they ship it out quickly from their Arizona factory. FedEx will deliver your new mattress-in-a-box right to your front door.

Can I specify a delivery date?
Unfortunately, they are not able to specify exact delivery dates through FedEx. However, once you've placed your order, you can use FedEx.com to manage deliveries. After receiving your shipping confirmation email, go to FedEx.com and select "Manage Your Delivery" under the "Tracking" menu. It is free and easy to set up FedEx Delivery Manager. Why is my order status not being updated online?
If your order status has not been updated online, it means it has not yet left their factory. As soon as it ships, you'll receive a shipping notification email with your FedEx tracking number. The shipping notification will be sent to the email used to place the order.
How do I return my Nolah mattress?
If you choose to return your Nolah mattress within the sleep trial period, go to their Contact Page and use the email form to request your return. Please select the subject "Request Return."
A member of their customer support team will contact you as soon as possible to schedule a pickup through our third-party provider. A $99 flat fee (deducted from your refund) will cover the pickup and transportation costs.
You do not need to pack your mattress for the return. Simply leave it unboxed, and the driver will take care of the rest. All you need to do is email them a scan or digital photo of the pickup receipt.
Nolah will issue the refund (minus $99 fee) after receiving your pickup receipt.
What happens to your returned mattress depends on your state's mattress donation and disposal laws. Whenever possible, they try to donate returned mattresses to local charities or mattress recycling programs.
Can I exchange my mattress?
Yes, if you have not opted out of the sleep trial, you may exchange a mattress for a different model or size during the 120-night trial period and would only pay the price difference between models if applicable. You will also be responsible for a transportation fee of $99 to cover costs for gas and labor of the mattress pickup and delivery of new mattress.
