If you choose to return your Nolah mattress within the sleep trial period, go to their Contact Page and use the email form to request your return. Please select the subject "Request Return."
A member of their customer support team will contact you as soon as possible to schedule a pickup through our third-party provider. A $99 flat fee (deducted from your refund) will cover the pickup and transportation costs.
You do not need to pack your mattress for the return. Simply leave it unboxed, and the driver will take care of the rest. All you need to do is email them a scan or digital photo of the pickup receipt.
Nolah will issue the refund (minus $99 fee) after receiving your pickup receipt.
What happens to your returned mattress depends on your state's mattress donation and disposal laws. Whenever possible, they try to donate returned mattresses to local charities or mattress recycling programs.
