The 17% off selected items plus free shipping code at the top of this page is the lead OROA offer, and it is best for high value carts that meet the $1,495 minimum. The code takes 17% off selected items and includes free delivery, but it cannot be combined with other promotions and does not apply to Ethnicraft or sale items. Use it when your cart contains full price items included in the selected range and totals at least $1,495.
If your cart is under $1,495: the 17% code is not available to you. For general purchases under that threshold, use one of the 15% off promo codes (15% off all orders, 15% off your next order or 15% off your products) because they apply with no stated minimum. For example, on a $800 order the 15% code takes $120 off, leaving $680. These 15% codes all require entry at checkout and some say they cannot be combined with other offers, so use only one 15% code per order.
If your cart is $1,495 or more and contains selected full price items (not Ethnicraft or sale stock): the 17% off plus free shipping code is usually the best option because it gives a larger percent off than the 15% codes and includes free delivery. On a $1,495 order of eligible items the 17% code takes $254.15 off, leaving $1,240.85, and free shipping applies.
If your cart is $1,500 or more but includes items excluded from the 17% code: compare the free shipping code that requires $1,500 to the 15% codes. The free shipping code only saves on delivery and requires a $1,500 minimum; it does not reduce item prices. If you have excluded items like Ethnicraft or sale goods, the 15% codes that work on all orders will usually cut more dollars off the item total than free shipping will.
Buying sale items or an Ethnicraft product: the 17% code excludes Ethnicraft and sale items, so it is not usable. Instead choose the site sale offers: sale items may already be reduced by up to 75% or the Miami warehouse sale up to 70%, and there is an extra 20% off sale products offer that applies to sale stock. If you can use the 20% off sale products offer on an already reduced item, that will lower the final price on that sale item more than a sitewide 15% code would, but check the product page to confirm the 20% sale tag applies.

Leading up to delivery day, their delivery partners will contact you to arrange a window of time when you can expect your order. Be sure to carefully measure your door frames and hallways to determine the best path for your new furniture. If they are unable to get your furniture into your home, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Upon arrival, our delivery partners will arrange your package in accordance with your selected shipping option. Make sure that all boxes are in good condition, if there's any damage to the box please open the box prior to signing and if you see any damage please notate this on the receipt. You have 72 hours to inspect the product and report any damage.
Small items sent by UPS, will be delivered as soon as possible, and the courier will not call ahead in advance to schedule delivery. Courier deliveries do not require a signature upon delivery and your package will be left on your doorstep if you are not available to receive it.
