Once your reservation is confirmed, all you have to do is drive to the hotel and check in at the front desk. Then relax and have a great trip.

You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the time of booking for a full refund. Reservations cancelled after 24 hours have passed since the time of booking will be refunded the total amount paid online minus the service fee and other penalties incurred by the hotel. They are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date.

For many reservations, the prepaid deposit amount is refundable once you provide them with the hotel’s cancellation number.
