Their Pass Guarantee is your assurance that if you do not pass your real estate licensing exam on your first attempt after completing their Exam Prep course, you will be reimbursed for the cost of your exam. (This is only valid for your first attempt.) Reimbursement ranges differ depending on your state’s exam fee. (Please note that this guarantee is not available in Tennessee). The following restrictions apply to the Pass Guarantee: the student must have completed the Exam Prep course in its entirety; the student must have received 80% or higher on all Exam Prep practice tests; and the student must have taken the state exam within 30 days of completing the Exam Prep Course. The Pass Guarantee is valid only for purchases after 10/1/18. The guarantee was not included in course bundles prior to this date.

Customers who cancel orders within five business days of the course purchase date will receive a full refund. After five business days, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
