What forms of payment do you accept?
Personalized Friendly Songs currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. All orders are processed in real-time through their secure server. All data is encrypted and then sent to their credit card processing company. They also accept payments through Pay-Pal.
Will you charge a state tax on my order?
Since they are a company based in South Carolina, a state sales tax of 7% will be charged for orders shipped to South Carolina addresses. Other states will not be taxed.
How do I listen to the songs before I place an order?
The easiest way is to first click on the HOME page button on the menu bar. This lets you hear the name in any of the albums that are available for that name.
- In the text box under the "To Hear Your Child's Name" type your child's name and then click on the "Find Name" button.
- Then click on the Pronunciation that matches your Child's Name.
- Now click on the album you want to listen to.
- The player will automatically begin playing the first track of the album.
- You can click on another track name to hear the next track or just wait until the first track is done playing and it will automatically play the next track.
- Track samples are each 30 seconds long but the full playtime is shown next to each track name.
- Also shown are the number of times your Child's Name will be mentioned in each track.
- To listen to another album just click on the "See All Albums" link under the "Find Name" button.
- When you're ready to purchase just click on the "Buy Now" button and fill out the order form and then "Add to Cart".
What is your cancellation policy?
Any order may be modified or cancelled if you do so prior to them shipping your products. Due to the personalized nature of their items, all sales are final once they are shipped. If you need to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet please reply to the order confirmation email or call them immediately. The method of payment you used will be refunded. When you contact them please be prepared to provide them with your First and Last Name, the date you placed your order and your order number.
What if my item is damaged while shipping?
If there are any damages upon receipt of your order please let them know. If you purchased the shipping insurance, you will receive an identical replacement at no additional cost. You must notify them at Customer Service within 48 hours of the delivery of your order to receive a replacement. Replacement orders will be shipped using the same information as the original order. No Changes or Substitutions will be allowed. You will be required to return the damaged items first to be able to receive a replacement.
