Returns and Exchanges can not be processed without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number from Pinemeadow Golf. They use the RA number to identify the return. Once they get the club back in our hands, they use the number to expedite the return process. Here are instructions to get your Return Authorization number:
You may and select the items you will be returning. You will need to identify the reason for the return and credit card type. If you do not know your original order number please contact one of their Customer Service Representatives by phone at 1-800-309-6878 or email them directly.
Once your return is approved, an RA (Return Authorization) number is assigned to your return. This RA number will be valid for 15 days from the date issued. It is how they track the return and any credits related to your order.
