No. Each of their phones has to pass a quality inspection, making sure it works with their system. Even if you purchase a phone that is the same model as the ones they have in their store, they're not guaranteed to work due to the unnecessary "bloatware" apps some retailers include on their phones.
To be eligible for a return, your device must:
Have been received within the last 30 days. For Pinwheel GPT and other software billed through Pinwheel, a 30-day refund period starts upon purchase. Have all included free accessories (charging block, charging cable, included screen protectors (rugged only), etc.), as well as its original packaging. Be in excellent condition, with no damage to the device or any included free accessories. For the Aria Pod+, please make sure you still have the original packaging.
Once their returns team receives and confirms that the phone is eligible for a refund, it should take 10β15 banking days for the refund to show up on your account.
