Can I cancel my registration?
When buying a Plopsa's FunCard by direct debit, you can cancel the mandate and the subscription by registered letter one month at the latest before the end of the subscription term. In the absence of timely cancellation as mentioned above, both the mandate and the subscription will be tacitly renewed for the same period and with the same cancellation option.
How long will it take my payments to receive?
Payments are made within 30 days end of the month, after receipt of a tax compliant invoice, mentioning the PO-number. Invoices must be sent by regular post or by e-mail to invoices@plopsa.com. Only invoices that were sent correctly, will be accepted.
What if buyers are delivered to a different address?
If the seller delivers to a different delivery address than that stated on the purchase order, then the buyer shall claim the transport costs and handling costs from the seller.
