My shipment arrived damaged. What should I do?
Should your order arrive with visible damage, please do not accept the shipment. Refuse the damaged shipment and get in touch with them directly about a replacement.
Alternatively, should the damage appear to be very minimal, accept the shipment, but only if the courier will confirm the damage. They recommend that you take some quick photos with your phone of the damage as well, for peace of mind. Courier services do not accept damage complaints that are filed at a later date, so they won’t be able to offer compensation or exchange in such cases.
I was sent the wrong items. What to do?
Sorry about that - while this doesn’t happen very often, it can happen. Get in touch with their customer support team as soon as possible, and they’ll figure out the best way to correct their mistake.
