Tracking number are assigned to the packages when they shiped. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status. Please check your email inbox and spam folder.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached and return within 60 days. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by quality problems. When returning any part of your order, please make sure there is no artificial damage to the products. And the tags and packages are in good condition. Email to support@popilush.com with your Order ID (e.g. #1234 ), items’ photos (with tag and package bag) and the detailed return reason. Their customer service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days.

If the product is not a quality problem, only because of personal dislike the size/color/other issues, you will be request to return the package first. And shipping fees from the order is not refundable. If your request of return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. You will be notified via email. Note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
