You can log in to your account to cancel the unpaid order directly, or you can contact their customer service to cancel the order.

Rotita is running a 15% off code for orders over US$79, alongside two clearance sales with bigger discounts on selected items. The code works on full price stock, while the sales are best for clearance hunters. Here's how to work out which saves you most.
On a full price order over US$79. Start with the 15% off code at the top of this page. On a US$120 order, for example, the code gives you US$18 off, bringing the total to US$102. This is straightforward and reliable if you're building a basket from full price items.
Shopping the selected styles sale. If you've found items marked down in the up to 50% off sale that ends on October 10, 2026, compare what you'd pay there to what the code would cost. The code applies only to the full price; the sale price is what it is. Pick whichever leaves your basket total lower.
Browsing the final sale section. Rotita's deeper up to 87% off clearance on sales styles will beat any code on items within it. The catch is that these are final sale items and selected stock only. If you find pieces you want at that discount, the savings speak for themselves, but you're limited to what's left in inventory.
First time customer without a full price basket. If you're not spending over US$79 in full price stock, sign up for the newsletter. This puts you in line for the special offers and promotions Rotita sends to subscribers, giving you more chances to save on your next order.
Rotita typically limits you to one offer per order, so compare your total with each option before you check out. On a clearance haul you'll save most by shopping the final sale directly. On full price purchases, the code at US$79 and above is your baseline; only switch if a selected styles sale discount on your specific items beats 15% off.
Our records show that codes at Rotita have ranged from 25% off on a typical month to as high as 60% off in October 2025, so the current 15% off code sits below the average. The bigger sales we're seeing now, up to 87% off in the final section, are also larger than the typical sale discount in the 12 months to October 2026. If you can wait for stock to replenish after the sales clear, a stronger code may come round, but right now the up to 87% off clearance is the biggest saving on offer.
