It can sometimes take 24-48 hours or so for tracking information to update once an order has shipped from their warehouse. Occasionally, a package may not receive the proper origin and transit scans while on its journey to you, so neither them nor express is able to track the exact location of the package in transit. Please email them if you do not receive your order by the end of the quoted time frame. Please note that orders shipping via UPS can be delivered as late as 9:00 pm local time in some areas.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 15 days to their warehouse for a full refund. Please contact them for return address before sending it back. Please be advised customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
It may take 1 to 2 weeks for your return to reach their warehouse. Once the item is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

For small orders under $50: Free shipping applies once you reach $50, so if you're close to that threshold, the free delivery might justify adding a few items to your cart. The 2% off deal is available on any order size, but it will only save you around $1 on a $50 purchase, so it's not substantial for smaller baskets.
For orders between $50 and $99: You're eligible for both free shipping and the 2% discount, but neither produces major savings at this spend level. The $10 off deal kicks in at $59, which would save you more than 2% on a $60 order (2% would be $1.20, but $10 off is significantly better). If your basket lands between $59 and $99, the $10 off offer is your best option.
For orders between $100 and $199: The $10 off remains available, but the $100 off deal requires $500 minimum spend, so it doesn't apply yet. Stick with the $10 off for this range.
For orders between $200 and $499: The $40 off offer at $200 minimum now becomes available, which is clearly better than the $10 off. Choose the $40 off deal.
For orders between $500 and $999: The $100 off offer at $500 minimum takes over as your best discount. This is substantially more than the $40 off you'd get at lower spends.
For orders between $1000 and $1999: The $200 off offer at $1000 minimum is now your option.
For orders $2000 and over: The $500 off offer becomes available and represents your maximum savings tier.
