How do I track my order?
Within 24 hours after your order ships, you will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. You can track your order through your SeaVees account. To get to your account do the following:

The status of each order will be listed.

An order listed as “unfulfilled” has not yet been shipped.

An order listed as “fulfilled” has been shipped and you should receive an email within 24 hours with your tracking number.

You will be emailed a tracking number within 24 hours after your order has shipped from their California warehouse.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Once you place an order with them, you'll get an email confirming your purchase. Your order will ship within 24 business hours, and you'll receive your tracking info via email the following day.
They are open Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM PST. If your order was placed after 9 AM PST, it will ship out the following business day. Please note they do not process or ship on the weekends. Their standard shipping takes about 5-7 business days from the time the order was placed. UPS 2nd day takes about 2-3 business days from the time the order was placed.
What is SeaVees return policy?
SeaVees offers a 30-day return/exchange window for your unused items. You can process a return or size exchange for your order here and they will email you a return label. Before processing your return, make sure your item(s) meet the following criteria:

When can I expect my refund?
It can take anywhere from 4-7 business days for their warehouse to receive and process your return. SeaVees will send you a refund notification email as soon as they have issued a refund. This does not include outbound shipping charges. Please note it will take 5-7 business days for your refund to appear on the original form of payment.

Which SeaVees offer should I use?
SeaVees is running a sale right now, with the up to 75% off sales styles deal as the page lead, best for you if you are buying marked sale items and want the biggest single price cut. That up to 75% off sale applies to sales styles while stock lasts and is the top saving for sale eligible items. For other needs there are lower percentage sales, a few marked price deals and a 15% newsletter signup for first orders.
Small single item buys under full price, If you plan to buy a full price item and it is not in the sale, the newsletter signup that takes 15% off your first order is the only direct first order discount. For example, on a $120 non sale order, the 15% first order discount takes $18 off, leaving $102. Use the 15% first order signup in that case.
Buying marked sale items, If the item you want is in the sale, choose the highest sale percentage that applies to that product. The up to 75% off sale is the lead and gives the biggest reduction on eligible sale styles. For a $200 sale price item marked at 75% off, the price becomes $50, a saving of $150. For sale items only marked at 70% off, that same $200 would become $60, a saving of $140, so pick the pricing that appears on the product page.
When you see reduced fixed price deals, Some items are sold at a set price as marked, for example the Mens Landing Boat Shoe for $350 and the Womens Acorn Trainer for $130. Those are final prices on the product page and are compared with any sale markdowns or the first order 15% discount only when the other offers explicitly apply to the same product. For the $130 Acorn Trainer marked as $130, the first order 15% discount would take $19.50 off leaving $110.50 if the newsletter discount can be applied to that marked price; if the product is a sale item with a higher marked percentage reduction, use the sale price shown on the product page.
