Within 24 hours after your order ships, you will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. You can track your order through your SeaVees account. To get to your account do the following:

• Log in to your account.

• Click on the orders tab on the left side.

• The status of each order will be listed.

• An order listed as “unfulfilled” has not yet been shipped.

• An order listed as “fulfilled” has been shipped and you should receive an email within 24 hours with your tracking number.

• You will be emailed a tracking number within 24 hours after your order has shipped from their California warehouse.

Once you place an order with them, you'll get an email confirming your purchase. Your order will ship within 24 business hours, and you'll receive your tracking info via email the following day.

They are open Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM PST. If your order was placed after 9 AM PST, it will ship out the following business day. Please note they do not process or ship on the weekends. Their standard shipping takes about 5-7 business days from the time the order was placed. UPS 2nd day takes about 2-3 business days from the time the order was placed.

SeaVees offers a 30-day return/exchange window for your unused items. You can process a return or size exchange for your order here and they will email you a return label. Before processing your return, make sure your item(s) meet the following criteria:

• You made your purchase within the past 30 days.

• The item you purchased is still in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).

• The item you purchased is still in its original shoebox. (unaltered)

• The item you purchased is not a Final Sale item

• Final Sale items are eligible for size exchange or return for web credit.

It can take anywhere from 4-7 business days for their warehouse to receive and process your return. SeaVees will send you a refund notification email as soon as they have issued a refund. This does not include outbound shipping charges. Please note it will take 5-7 business days for your refund to appear on the original form of payment.
