Guests can upgrade from a general admission ticket to an Annual Pass on the day of their visit. They must take their receipt, hard ticket or E-ticket to the Guest Services Window to upgrade from a ticket to a Season Pass, Silver, Gold, or Platinum Pass on the day of their visit before leaving the park.

Pass members receive unlimited admission to the park on regular operating days, free or discounted parking, discounts off food and merchandise in the park for Gold and Platinum Pass Members, and online coupons, including reduced admission for family and friends for Gold and Platinum Pass Members.

To cancel your vacation package reservation, please call them. You can cancel without any fees at least 72 hours prior vacation package reservation arrival date.
