For sanitary reasons, they do not accept returns, but they want to make sure you’re happy. Contact them there if you need help.
No worries! You most likely received the proper filter, but its labelled size may be different than what you're used to. It might sound strange, but every home air filter is labelled with a "nominal size" that's different from its actual size. For instance, your filter might actually measure 19-7/8" x 24-7/8" x 4-3/8", but still be labelled "20x25x4." However, their manufacturers round that last number - the thickness of the filter - up, instead of down. As a result, even if you order a 20x25x4 filter, it may show up on your doorstep labelled as a 20x25x5. Try installing it anyway! If it doesn't fit, all you have to do is get in touch with them, and they'll replace it at no charge.
