Small single purchase (low spend under $150): If your cart total is $100, the 50% off selected plans takes $50 off, leaving you with $50. The Up to $150 Off deal cannot help unless the item price meets the deal conditions for an individual DNA report that qualifies for the $150 savings. Use the 50% sale for the clearest saving on low priced plans.
Mid size single purchase around $150: On a $150 order the 50% sale reduces the price to $75, a $75 saving. The $150 off deal gives the same final price only if that $150 off applies to this particular individual DNA report and the merchant allows full application on that item. If the $150 off applies to the same product it matches the 50% saving here; otherwise use the 50% sale.
Higher single purchase above $300: For a $400 plan price, 50% off reduces it to $200, a $200 saving, while the $150 off deal would reduce it to $250, a $150 saving. For larger single purchases the 50% sale gives the bigger reduction.

Once the lab has received your home testing kit sample, the testing will be performed and your results will be ready within 1-2 weeks. You will receive an email notification when your results are ready. You'll be able to view your results from within your SelfDecode account.
In the event of order cancellation within 7 days of its placement or creation, inclusive of weekends and holidays, contingent upon no specimen having been drawn, an administrative fee of $5.00 shall be deducted from any refunded or returned amount.
If an order is canceled more than 7 days after its creation or placement, inclusive of weekends and holidays, conditioned upon no specimen having been drawn, there is the option to request a partial refund, subject to a mandatory administrative fee of $12.00.
