How to cancel a premium subscription?
Sleep Cycle can’t cancel your subscription. Your subscription is tied to your ID with Apple or Google. Only you can cancel your subscription. However, they can guide you and show you how it’s done. Please continue, and they will have this sorted in no time.
Do I have to pay again to activate the premium, if I’ve already purchased Sleep Cycle?
If you once bought Sleep Cycle as a one-time purchase, that purchase will only be valid on that platform. A purchase can not be moved across platforms, so if you bought Sleep Cycle on your iPhone, you will not be able to restore that purchase on an Android phone. If you were connected via their online backup on your phone, you will be able to log in with the same credentials on your new device and transfer your historic sleep data to the new device.
How do I claim a refund?
When you purchase an app, you get a receipt from Apple. This reception contains a link that says “Report A Problem”. Click on that link from within that receipt. It takes you to Apple’s portal for refunds. To claim a refund for your subscription, click on Subscriptions. From here, you can report your issue, describe the details and ask for a refund.
