Confirmed orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been successfully submitted. Splendid advise you to follow the return instructions included in your package or refuse the shipment upon delivery, and it will be returned to their attention. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once it arrives in their warehouse.
While they make every effort to maintain an ample supply of their stock, occasionally they run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order and you will only be charged for items that ship.
Items returned within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a refund. Please note: Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise (original tags attached). Swimwear, underwear, beauty, and home are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gifted items are only eligible for store credit (new with tags). Merchandise received after the 60 days will only be accepted at their discretion for a store credit.
Once your package has been received, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
If using a gift card along with a credit card; please note that if returning an item, the credit will first be applied to the credit card and the balance on the gift card.
The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from them.
International customers may return merchandise by any traceable method at their own expense. Splendid recommend using UPS who will provide a tracking number to ensure your package does not get lost.
