At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a ship notification email. A link is provided in this notification that you can use to track the delivery of your order. They suggest that you save this email until your order is fully received.
Complete the return form or send back a copy of your packing slip. Pack the item securely in the original packaging (include the tags if you still have them). In order to make an exchange, place a new order on their website. When your return arrives, they will issue a full refund, minus any shipping charges, to your credit card.
