How do I activate my Membership discount on the Official Liverpool FC Store?
To access your Membership discount, you need to link your Membership to your Official Liverpool FC Store account. After doing this, you will automatically receive your 10% discount on every qualifying purchase you make during the season.
* To link your Membership, follow these steps:
* Go to My Account on the Official Liverpool FC Store
* Select ‘My Membership’
* Fill in the ‘Date of Birth’ and ‘Membership ID’ boxes so that they match the details on your Membership exactly
* Fill in the ‘Forename’ and ‘Surname’ boxes so that they match the details on your Membership exactly
* Select ‘Save’
Can I amend or cancel an order?
Please make sure you have checked your order and delivery details before you place your order. Once you have placed your order and it is passed to their distribution centre, it’s really difficult for them to make any changes or cancel your order. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address and payment method.

For faulty products, they can offer you a refund or exchange (where replacement stock is available). They also accept returns for unwanted products, but some exclusions apply.
