Click the green icon at the right-hand corner of the top navigation bar. Once clicked, a drop-down menu will appear. Click “Billing”. From there, you can see your account’s expiration date at the bottom right-hand corner of the “Subscriptions” box.

Click on “Forgot Your Password?”
Enter your email address and click the “Reset Password” button.
An email will be sent to the email address you used to sign up for the course, with instructions on how to complete your password reset.
