After they receive your confirmed order, they will typically get it sent off to their shipping department within 20 minutes, and then have it packed and shipped within 48 hours.
Just sign in to Teavivre account and look for the order – and its status – on the “My Orders” page. They keep the status automatically updated as soon as they know when it changes, so it will always have their most up-to-date information. They also will send you an email letting you know when the status changes.
If you change your mind after you made the order, you can ask for a full refund anytime before the product is delivered.
They really want you to be completely satisfied with both their products and their service to you. They only sell teas that they themselves drink and so are confident that you will like whatever you buy from them.
