You may cancel a custom order at any time prior to approval of the rendering. To cancel a custom order after approval of the rendering, but before production, you will be charged a 25% cancelation fee of your total order price.
Tempaper & Co does not accept returns for custom merchandise, except for manufacturing defects. All sales are final.
There is a one-year limited warranty for tearing and defects, when reasonable caution has been exercised, and the care sheet has been followed.
