The Candleberry Candle Co ships within the USA.
They do not use the online return/exchange process. Instead, please contact them at info@candleberry.com. They will process your issue by checking the original shipment weight(s) and if, in fact, you are missing a product or products, they will promptly ship it/them. You must contact them within 15 days after your order states it has been delivered.
Most orders will ship from their factory in about 2 days. Keep in mind, Candleberry is not open on the weekends. There are special circumstances that could take your package longer to ship. Cookie Jars are specially made after the order is placed. Orders with cookie jars could take a few more days to ship out.
While they do their very best to ensure each and every shipment is correct, they do make the occasional mistake. If this happens, no worries they will happily get this fixed for you. Please send a picture of the candle you received to info@candleberry.com with your name and order number. Customer service will get back to your asap.
