If a disc ever breaks, warps, or gets damaged, The Great Courses will replace it as long as the course is in print, absolutely free. The Great Courses do not require you to return broken, warped, or damaged discs. If you are an Institutional Customer, replacement discs are free for 6 months from purchase. After 6 months there is a flat charge of $6.95 per disc. You may call or e-mail their customer service team and let an agent know what you need to be replaced.
