The Styled Collection ships Worldwide.

They process and ship orders from their Chicago fulfilment centre Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) of purchase unless otherwise noted. Shipping time for custom/handmade pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. When your order ships, they will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder and make sure you entered your email address correctly if you did not receive the shipping email. Additionally, you can find the tracking number by clicking "my account" and then "my orders."

All defective or damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been cleaned or washed (e.g. Blankets) will not be eligible for a return/refund. If they send a return label to you, you have 2 business days to ship the items back to them. Once they receive the items, they will inspect them and then reach out via email about the refund typically within 3-5 business days from receipt.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout so please take any extra time needed during the purchasing process to ensure you have included all items in your shopping cart you wish to purchase and to also ensure all contact and shipping info. Is up-to-date and complete. They also cannot combine multiple orders as items ship from different locations.

All returns go thru the "returns centre" on their homepage. As long as your purchase was made within the last 30 days and not a final sale item i.e. Jewelry, accessories, blankets & sale items, (or orders where a discount code of at least 30% was applied), you can initiate your return there.
