The hotel can answer whether the desired date is still available via a voucher, as they have no insight into its booking calendar. In the offer, you will find the contact details of the hotel or the host and you can contact him by phone or email.
If the company does not respond to e-mails at short notice and cannot be reached by phone, you should try again at a later point in time. In some, especially smaller companies, it can happen that the reception is not always manned, so it can sometimes take longer to get an answer or to reach someone. If you cannot reach the host business for a longer period of time, please contact us by phone.
Yes, that is possible. However, this does not reduce the purchase price of the voucher. Some hotels also offer special offers for single travellers.

The main offer on this page is the Up To 67% Off sale for stays on the edge of the Palatinate Forest Biosphere Reserve, and it is best for you if you can book one of the qualifying stays on the touriDat website. The sale takes up to 67% off eligible properties and is a website only promotion, so it applies when the property you want appears in that specific sale collection.
If you want a short low cost break (single night or a cheap room): pick a property that is included in the Up To 67% Off sale. The 67% figure is the largest percentage shown, so if the exact room you want is listed in that sale it will give the biggest percentage saving listed here. The sale is subject to availability and runs to 18 October 2026 for the listed Palatinate Forest offer.
If you are browsing a wider set of properties or the exact stay you want is not in the 67% sale: consider the Up to 63% Off selected bookings offer. That sale covers different selected bookings, so when your chosen property is part of the 63% selection it is the applicable discount. Because these are separate sale pools, check the property page to see which sale price is shown before you book.
If you are booking multiple nights or a longer stay: compare the sale price shown for your dates in the 67% sale against the 63% selection price for the same property and dates. The better offer is the one that leaves the lower total price for the same room and dates. Both offers are website only and subject to availability, so the available nightly rate on the booking page determines which sale applies to your cart.
If you are looking at add ons, special room types or non listed properties: neither offer guarantees coverage for every room type. The 67% and 63% discounts apply only to the properties explicitly listed in each sale, so the saving depends on whether the room type you choose appears in that sale price.
Our records show seven sales and deals listed for touriDat in the 12 months to October 2026, and the biggest percentage sale in that period was up to 67% off, recorded in October 2026. Our records do not include any team checkout checks for touriDat in the same period.
To choose between the two sales, take whichever sale price on the property page leaves the lower total for the same dates and room type. There is no on page information that lets you combine the two listed sale discounts, so treat each as a separate price offer and select the one that gives the lower final booking total.
