Tracfone Wireless accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.

To check if your phone is compatible, select the "GET STARTED" option at get.tracfone.com/bring-your-own-phone, and follow the onscreen prompts. If your phone is compatible, the process will allow you to register it. If your phone is not compatible, you will receive a message indicating so as soon as you enter the IMEI or MEID and zip code.

If your phone is an Unlocked GSM Phone or compatible with AT&T, use the AT&T Compatible SIM. If your phone is an Unlocked GSM Phone or compatible with T-Mobile, use the T-Mobile Compatible SIM. If your phone is an Unlocked GSM Phone or compatible with Verizon, use the Verizon Compatible SIM. If you have a CDMA LTE compatible phone use the CDMA Compatible LTE SIM.

If your phone is a CDMA LTE compatible phone, and your BYOP Activation Package did not include a CDMA-compatible LTE SIM, please select "REGISTER NOW" at get.tracfone.com/bring-your-own-phone and follow the steps. When asked, select that you do not have a SIM and they will ship you one.

Select "Activate Your Phone" at https://get.tracfone.com/bring-your-own-phone and follow the steps. Make sure to select the correct option if you are transferring your line. Please note that you will need a TracFone Airtime Card or credit or debit card to activate your service. Remember to select your SIM card if you need one, and register your phone if you have a CDMA-compatible phone before activation

If your return meets the requirements and you have requested a refund, please be advised that it takes up to thirty (30) business days to process the return and credit your account. Credit for returned phones will appear on your credit card statement between 1-2 billing cycles.
