What is UPKO return policy?
Unopened and unused items, purchased directly from UPKO, may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund in the form of a Store Credit or to the original form of payment. It is always their intention to stand behind their products and to deal fairly with their customers. They also need to set reasonable expectations, protections, and procedures for their company, staff, and customers.
When will I receive my refund?
They will notify you once they’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note, a refund to the original form of payment will incur a 10% restocking fee. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What if I receive my order damaged?
Items that may have been damaged in transit, or defective when received, can be returned for store credit or replacement. Please contact them within 10 days of having received the damaged/ defective item so they may issue you a return authorization and shipping label.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
