USA Guided Tours accepts all major Credit/Debit cards.

They do not mail tickets to you. Instead, the email confirmation they send is your tour ticket – don’t delete it! However, if you misplace your confirmation email, use your last name as the reservation number.

They understand things come up, so they will happily change your date or time as long as they have availability. If you must make a change, please contact us. However, please be aware that some of their tours cannot be amended once you have booked them as a part of a package, such as their hotel and Washington, DC tour packages.

Unfortunately, their small-capacity tour buses are not wheelchair accessible, nor is there storage for baby strollers. If you have a wheelchair, please call them to make special vehicle arrangements for your tour. Some of their tours involve longer walks so if you like, you may stay on board the bus, near the landmark, without exiting the bus every time.

They highly recommend you arrive at least 15 – 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time to ensure your reservation is honored. You have up to ten (10) minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure your seat on the tour. Ten (10) minutes before the departure time, they note outstanding reservations as “no-shows.” If they have walk-up passengers, they will be given a ticket and will be boarded at this time.

They use luxury tour buses that are climate-controlled and offer a comfortable and pleasant touring experience, as well as protection from weather elements. Their tours can accommodate all group sizes with a fleet of vehicles ranging from SUVs to premium Motor-coaches. This flexibility allows their private tours to be tailored for couples or groups as big as 50 in a single vehicle. In favor of keeping their public tours more intimate, however, they cap their tours with an average of 30 guests per group. They do their best to keep large, same-party groups together on the same bus, but please remember that the seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you claim your seats – they’re reserved only for you for the duration of the tour.
