Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Vancaro:
Vancaro accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.
Orders that are sent out with standard shipping will be shipped out of First Class United States postal mail. This will take an estimated 3-7 business days for delivery but they have found in rare cases that it can take up to 10 business days.
Vancaro makes every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. If all of the items you have requested are in stock, it will take an average of 24-48 hours to process and ship your order. This excludes speciality items (charms) that have an extended processing time of 7-14 business days prior to shipment due to very high demand.
Your order status will appear as pending until the order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for our system to update and the correct information to be reflected.
If you receive an item damaged in some other way, please contact their customer service department. Damaged items must be reported to them within 72 hours of receipt.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your item within 30 days of receipt, you could return any unused merchandise that has not been engraved or customized for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling fee). Please kindly know that the 30 days window starts from the original date when the package was delivered, but not the date that you received this item.

The offers at Vancaro are led by the 10% off any order coupon code at the top of this page, which takes 10% off your cart at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers. That code is the simplest save and is best for single item purchases or mixed carts where the other multi item deals do not apply. The other active promotions are a buy two get one free deal (must add three items to your cart) and a buy one get one 50% off sale (must add two items to your cart); those are website only and run until November 1, 2026.
Small single item purchase ($50 to $150): Use the 10% off promo code. On a $100 order, for example, the code takes 10% off, so you pay $90 and save $10. The site deals require multiple items, so they do not apply to single item carts.
Two items of similar price: Compare the buy one get one 50% off sale with the 10% code. On two $100 items, the BOGO 50% deal charges full price for one item and 50% on the second, so you pay $150 and save $50; the 10% code on a $200 cart would leave you paying $180 and save $20, so the BOGO 50% sale saves more for two like priced pieces.
Three items of similar price: The buy two get one free deal is usually the best choice. On three $100 items, the free third means you pay $200 and save $100. The 10% code on a $300 cart would leave you paying $270 and save $30, so the three for two offer gives the biggest saving for three items.
Mixed price carts or sale items: If the items vary in price, work the math: the buy two get one free removes the lowest priced item if that is how the site applies the free item, while the BOGO 50% applies to one of the two items at 50% off. Use the option that lowers your total most. Sale item eligibility may be governed by the individual offer terms on the Vancaro website; the three item and two item deals are website only.
Our records show 25 offers listed for Vancaro in the 12 months to October 2026, and the biggest percent deal in that time was up to 50% off in March 2026. Our team has no recorded checkout tests for Vancaro in the 12 months to October 2026.
When deciding, compare the final totals and take whichever offer leaves you with the lower price. The 10% promo code cannot be combined with any other offers, so you must choose either the code or one of the multi item deals; pick the deal that makes the final cart smaller.
