You have 15 working days from the date of receipt of your order to return your products. To be able to make a return, your products must be kept in perfect condition and in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and provided with their labels. Returns must be made from the same territory where the order was delivered. Important: They consider sheet masks a hygiene product that cannot be returned.
