ZAPAKA ships within countries provided during checkout.
All normal products will need 5-7 business days to process, except the complicated handwork like beading, embroidery and tie-dye will need 13-20 business days to process.
You may need to contact them to initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your items. Their after-sales department will handle the issue.
