5sens offers a straightforward path to savings with the full size fragrance code at the top of this page, available while stock lasts. This gives you a full size fragrance for $15, and it's the best starting point for most shoppers. However, 5sens's bundle discounts and collection sale can deliver bigger savings on larger orders, so the right choice depends on what you're buying.
If you're buying a single fragrance, use the full size fragrance code. The $15 code takes you straight to a full size fragrance at that fixed price, which is a clear advantage over shopping the other discounts. This is the easiest path for a small order.
If you're building a bundle of three 10ml products from the selected range, choose the 30% off bundle deal. The 30% discount on a $30 purchase of three 10ml items (for example) would leave you with $21, a saving of $9. This beats the full size fragrance code when you're committed to trying multiple scents.
If you're pairing two 30ml products from the selected range, the 20% off bundle applies. On a $50 purchase of two selected 30ml bottles, you'd pay $40, saving $10.
For the Ignite Your Senses Collection, the 24% off sale delivers the discount on selected products in that range. This applies only to items within that collection, so compare its final price to the bundle discounts if you're mixing collection pieces with other products.
The six Moods fragrances bundle priced at $30 is a separate offer. If the products you want are in the Moods range, this flat rate may beat percentage discounts on a small order; work out the regular price of those six bottles to be sure.
For orders over $65, free shipping applies. This removes the delivery cost from your total but does not stack with other discounts unless the offer terms say so.
Choose the option that gives you the lowest total after all discounts. If you're buying multiple items and could assemble them under more than one offer, calculate the final price for each combination and use whichever leaves the smaller amount to pay.

5sens offers returns on all orders above $65 within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please reach out to them directly and their team will assist you. Please include the order number and a reason for the return. Discovery sets are not available for return unless it arrives damaged.

The 5sens team will issue a refund for valid requests within 3-4 business days once the product arrives at their warehouse. Refunds are issued back to the payment method used to place the order. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account. Please note that your original shipping charge (if any) is not refundable.
5sens does not offer product replacement unless the wrong product was shipped to the consumer. Their client service team may ask the consumer to provide an image of the incorrect product, which is then shared with their quality team to ensure that future orders are shipped without errors.
